Our work

Complex portfolio

A complex portfolio rarely needs the same answer twice. Sometimes it's consolidation. Sometimes it's clearer architecture. Sometimes it's sharper differentiation between offerings. Pulling it off requires figuring out which, aligning leadership and business units on the call, and giving the market a brand to back the decision. The work below is what that untangling looks like, across multi-brand parents, post-M&A consolidations, and B2C/B2B hybrids.

Marzocchi

Going full-send with this once-and-again-great brand.

Marzocchi is amid an incredible comeback by doing what they always have done–building bomber, low-maintenance suspension. We psychoanalyzed their brand to determine where they fit in the hearts and minds of meat-huckers and gravity junkies everywhere.

Race Face

Spreading the word about the sickest hoops on the planet.

Race Face was a relatively new name in the ultra-competitive and highly-technical world of wheelsets. They had the goods, they had the name recognition, but their wheels lacked street cred. We set out to change that and to win the hearts and minds of shredders everywhere in the process.

Killian Pacific

Redefining a neighborhood in Portland’s Central Eastside.

Killian Pacific had a vision for completely revitalizing Portland’s Central Eastside Industrial District. With three incredibly cool properties already built and two more in development, they enlisted our help to bring it all together into one super-tight megabrand system. Welcome to the Electric Blocks.

Prometheus

Creating a home base for the eccentric world traveler.

What does a luxury apartment building have in common with an explorer, a poet, an artist, and a pioneer? They’re all named Raleigh. Prometheus’ most ambitious PDX project yet, the Raleigh Slabtown brings old-fashioned eccentric styling to fancy new digs, and we provided the identity, the messaging, and the brand.

Fox Factory

Launching a new category of suspension.

Fox is used to being at the front of the pack, and their first-to-market e-mountain bike suspension was no exception. We worked with their product and marketing teams to remind people that after almost 50 years of smoothing out bumps at high speeds, no one is better equipped to master e-mtb suspension than Fox.

Icon Motosports

Adding a ton of custom horsepower to the Icon website.

Icon is the patron saint of ass-puckering speed. Centered around tight workmanship, refined detailing, and their own unique style, Icon makes the stuff that keeps riders alive. We built them a website that made finding the right helmet, jacket, boots, and leathers feel as second-nature as twisting the throttle.

Prometheus

Putting Slabtown back on the map.

The Carson Apartments are the best thing to happen to Slabtown since the Lewis and Clark Centennial Exposition of 1905. Prometheus Real Estate Group’s vision for this industrial Northwest Portland neighborhood is to bring high-tech apartment living and laid-back Portland charm to this soon-to-be-hip-again hood. We think they nailed it.

Prometheus

Cutting the ribbon on luxury living in Slabtown.

Once a rowdy working class hood, Slabtown is quickly becoming the most happening zip code in PDX. We worked closely with Prometheus to dream up the name, the brand, and the identity one of the neighborhood’s first modern residential/retail buildings.
